• Unimpeded access is available to all work areas
• All materials are subject to availability
• We have not surveyed the site for services and therefore do not accept responsibility for underground cables
• All materials remain the property of new forest aquatic consultants until full payment has been received
• We can accept payment by cheque or cash only, direct debit for contracts.
• We do not charge V.A.T.
• Our insurers are N.F.U. Mutual
• Our insurance policy does not cover any work carried out by a member of the public whilst we are on site
• Therefore all work is to be carried out by the staff of new forest aquatic consultants only
• We may subcontract work out to other companies as stated within the quotation and upon agreement with the client
• We can have use of a drive or car parking space to drop off or store equipment, this may include a skip if stated in the quote
• Upon accepting the quotation, we will require a deposit for the purchase of materials as stated below: (Unless agreed otherwise) 50% of the total cost is to be paid before the start date, the remaining amount paid upon completion of work. A deposit form will be sent as soon as the quote has been accepted.
• Deposits for materials must be paid before the start date so that work can commence upon time, failure to do so will void the contract
• All deposits are non refundable once the materials have been ordered
• All work is carried out to the quote, any additional work will be charged at £35.00 per hour thereafter, this does not include cost of materials
• Any extra work carried out due to unforeseen circumstances to allow completion of original quote will be charged at £35.00 per hour, this does not include cost of materials
• All quotations are valid for a period of one month only.
• Pond Cleaning: The works are guaranteed for a period of 7 days, which is deemed as a reasonable amount of time to rectify any problems should they occur. After this time period has elapsed it is the responsibility of the customer to maintain and care for their own pond / livestock. "new forest aquatic consultants" will accept no responsibility for the pond / livestock beyond this 7 day guarantee period. Thank you.
